word combination JOB INTERVIEW and present all aspects you connect with this event
in your life (group work in 2 groups) (use colored pens and spider gram handout)

2. MAIN PART
2.1 Presenting some new materials about types of Job Interview
(Teacher uses PP
Presentation during the explanation and
interacts with students to be sure they clearly understand the ideas and main
differences; students make notes while being explained)
After the explanation a teacher asks students what type of a business
interview they consider to be the most/ the least stressful and why (listen and
comment different opinions) (15 min)
2.2 Reading activities: (15 min)
PRE-reading stage:
Teacher asks students to suggest what types of questions may be asked on
such types of interviews;
(e.g. Tell us about your personal/
professional skills; What did you like most/least on your previous job; How
good are you at team work; Do you prefer to work in team or alone?)
Teacher explains that there are some questions which are considered very
tough to be answered correctly and suggests to know more about five of them
READING:
Teacher asks students to match the sample interview questions with possible
hints/prompts for answering to them (in pairs)

handouts for reading)
POST-reading: ask students’
pairs to exchange their handouts among pairs and check if the answers are
correct. Comment the correct answers.
